Your Luxmore experience took me back to our visit there in '01 and the incredible forces of wind and rain ~ followed by a brief calm and golden sunrise. It's cool that you have the "luxury" of time to create your own rhythm for the trip - sort of Euro style instead of the harried pace of traveling Americans. I can't wait to vicariously experience your epic NZ adventure through images! ps: Bring back lots of Vegemite. Mmmmm! Great tales of an awesome adventure, Jack.
